Mama Africa
Rooted in ancestral wisdom, guided by service, and committed to the restoration of African dignity, Her Majesty Mambokadzi Emelia Arutura Musikavanhu is a sovereign leader shaping a legacy for future generations.


Over the past 40 + years Mambokadzi has worked as a specialist in institutional and community development in Northern and Southern Ireland using hands-on corporate governance and administered representation as tools for transparent community progress and stakeholder impact. She is the first Black woman in Northern Ireland to:
advocate about racism and human rights in political forums
establish the first Black organisations - the NIACC and ACSONI
own Black hairdressing salons in Belfast, these served both Black and White patrons.
On her first visit to the United States, Mambokadzi was the first sovereign ruler to visit the:
